Tristan overcame depression and is reinventing himself after 8 brain surgeries! What an amazing experience. After years of feeling lost, stuck, and unworthy, I took action. After attending The Immersion… only one phrase comes to mind, and it’s one I said too many times over the week… It was mf BAD ASS This was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life! I’ve never been part of such an accepting, intelligent, and trustworthy group of men. I trusted each of them within hours of meeting. They each helped heal parts of my past with their unique stories. All in all, it was an amazing experience, and I’ll be attending at least once a year.
CAPTAIN HOLGUER V.
Holguer flew all the way from Ecuador to attend The Immersion!
It was definitely a lifetime experience being part of The Immersion, for sure I recommend it. It helped me to handle the rudder of my ship and become The Captain of my life.
The mix between play and transformational work all with the support of brothers around you is an experience unlike anything I’ve participated in before. Can’t wait for the next one!! 😎😎🤝🏻🤝🏻
I attended The Immersion and couldn’t have been more satisfied to say the least. I met a bunch of great people and made many connections with all who attended, where I’m more inspired now than ever before to continue my journey of helping people live life to the fullest. Can’t wait for the next one 💪🏻
My experience at The Immersion was powerful from start to finish and I will remember it for the rest of my life. Captain Taylor is a true leader and created an amazing opportunity for men to come together and test themselves mentally, physically and spiritually.
What a phenomenal event. I loved the growth seen by everyone, and how open each man was to sharing and diving in. Vulnerability is one of the most masculine things a guy can do, IMO.

Here’s some things I learned at The Immersion: As a man the most important thing you can do is surround yourself with others leaders. This is the way to skyrocket your leadership skill. Being a man, the ability to celebrate your wins and change your story will change your entire life. Our reality is a projection of our consciousness. If you consciously change your perspective on a situation, you not only change your thoughts and beliefs but your entire life. We live in a movie that we write the script to. Next, being able to share your struggles and wins with other guys is the most freeing thing a man can do. Having a group of people who celebrate you without judgment and provide open ears to what’s going on in your life is the epitome of brotherhood. Let’s keep going. Holistic wellness is a lifestyle. It’s not this taboo thing. It’s putting a priority on mind body spirit, making thriving standard, and acknowledging that since the world is a reflection of us that we can choose to become the best version of ourselves every single day, changing the world in the process. We must unplug and break our patterns in order to change old programming and introduce the new. Creating space will change your life. Return to nature. Finally, live at your edge and don’t forget to inject play into your life. I myself got caught too much in the grind. Make life into play. Whether that’s blasting music, wrestling a friend in the yard, turning work into a game, and pushing your limits by doing things such as submerging in an ice bath… these things are what we think of as the good memories anyway. Make more of them. As a dude, pushing your edge is how you cultivate masculine energy. If every man did this every single day, I truly believe depression in the world for men would disappear. I know from first hand experience as that is how I got out of depression. Look at every experience in life as a lesson
Very rarely do you get groups of men together that bring such a diverse array of talents and backgrounds. Everyone brings their unique magic and wisdom and pours it out freely for each other, creating momentum that carries forward in our lives apart. Shoutout to Captain Taylor for continuing to set the standard.
